We Are Creating Solutions For Your Organization

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide strategic, scalable funding solutions to high‑potential companies across diverse industries and markets—empowering sustainable growth, operational strength, and long‑term business success.

Our Vision
Our vision is to be recognised as the preferred partner for businesses seeking reliable, long‑term financing and strategic capital support to drive expansion and transformation.

Overview
FundWise was established in June 2006 as an independent financial group dedicated to delivering high‑value business funding solutions. Since inception, we have supported the growth of companies across multiple sectors by providing structured capital designed to enhance performance, strengthen operations, and unlock new opportunities. Today, we continue to pursue commercially sound, sustainable financing initiatives across local, regional, and international markets.

Some common questions
were often asked

What types of funding amounts do you provide?

We specialise in large‑scale corporate financing, typically ranging from mid‑market facilities to major multi‑million‑dollar capital structures. Our solutions are designed for businesses seeking substantial funding for expansion, infrastructure, acquisitions, or cross‑border growth. Each facility is tailored to the client’s operational scale, financial strength, and long‑term objectives, ensuring the capital deployed is both strategic and sustainable.

How do your interest rates and repayment terms work?

Our interest rates are structured based on the size of the facility, the client’s financial profile, project risk level, and the jurisdiction involved. Because we operate in global markets, we offer flexible, competitive, and Sharia‑compliant options where required. Repayment terms are customised to match cash‑flow cycles, ensuring businesses can grow without unnecessary financial pressure. Every rate and term is transparently discussed before any agreement is finalised.

Is your funding process legitimate and secure?

Yes. We operate as a fully established financial group with a long track record in corporate financing. For large‑scale facilities, we always conduct a face‑to‑face meeting—either at our headquarters or a mutually agreed location. This allows us to verify the business, understand the leadership team, and build trust on both sides. We follow strict due‑diligence procedures, legal compliance checks, and internationally recognised financial standards to ensure every transaction is secure, transparent, and professionally executed.

How does cross‑border financing work if my company is in another country?

Cross‑border funding is one of our core strengths. Once initial documentation and financial assessments are completed, we coordinate with international legal partners, compliance teams, and banking institutions to structure a facility that meets both local and foreign regulatory requirements. Funds are transferred through secure, regulated channels, and we ensure full transparency at every stage. Our team guides clients through the entire process—from eligibility checks to final disbursement—making international financing smooth and reliable.

What documents or requirements do you need to begin the funding process?

To begin, we typically request company registration documents, financial statements, project details (if applicable), ownership information, and proof of business activity. For larger facilities, we may also require feasibility studies, cash‑flow projections, or collateral details depending on the structure. Our team reviews everything confidentially and provides clear guidance on any additional requirements. The goal is to streamline the process while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a strong foundation for approval.

Has Fund Wise worked with notable companies in the past?

Indeed, Fund Wise has a successful track record of collaboration with prominent organizations, including Coca-Cola, Disney, Apple Inc., Starbucks, Nike, AlAlamiah Technology Group, Oracle, Xerox Emirates LLC, Al Ansari Technical Solutions, and many others. Our expertise extends across various industries.

How is Fund Wise regulated, and what are the tax implications for clients in Kuwait and worldwide?

Fund Wise operates within the regulatory framework set by the Capital Markets Authority in Kuwait, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Regarding taxes, the taxation of investments varies based on jurisdiction. In Kuwait, there may be specific tax considerations, and our experts navigate these intricacies to optimize tax efficiency. Additionally, for clients with global investments, Fund Wise provides guidance on navigating international tax regulations, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of the tax implications associated with cross-border investments.

How long does the funding approval process take?

Our approval timeline depends on the size of the facility and the complexity of the project. Smaller corporate facilities may be approved within a few weeks, while large‑scale or cross‑border structures require additional due‑diligence and regulatory coordination. We prioritise transparency throughout the process, providing clear milestones, documentation requirements, and regular updates so clients always know exactly where they stand.

How do you ensure confidentiality during the funding process?

Confidentiality is a core part of our operations. All documents, financial statements, and business information are handled through secure channels and protected under strict privacy protocols. Only authorised personnel involved in the evaluation and approval process have access to client data. We also sign NDAs upon request to provide an additional layer of protection and trust.

What happens after funding is approved?

Once approval is granted, we move into the structuring and disbursement phase. This includes finalising legal agreements, confirming compliance requirements, and coordinating with banking partners for secure fund release. We maintain close communication with the client to ensure a smooth transition and provide ongoing support as the capital is deployed into the project or business operations.
